UNIT ACCESS & ARRIVAL

The key to access your unit is in a secure lockbox by the front door of your unit. Units are numbered, and layout can also be viewed via images on this webpage.

Please message/email to let us know you have checked in.

CHECK IN: Anytime from 3pm (If you need an earlier check-in please reach out to see if we can accommodate)

CHECK OUT: 10am

LOCKBOX INSTRUCTIONS

• To open the lockbox, select CLEAR (C) button- located at the bottom of the lockbox keypad.  

• Next enter your code and ENSURE you press #.

• Pull the top lock/open button down and retrieve your key

• To close/relock the lockbox hold CLEAR (C), enter your code, press, pull down and hold the lock/open button and close the lockbox.

You will need to follow the above instructions to return your key to the lockbox upon departure.

We also kindly request that you leave your key in the lockbox whenever you are away from the property. If you lose or misplace your key - our replacement key fee is $25 with an additional callout fee of $65 between the hours of 8pm and 7am. This is payable before a replacement key is provided.

 

DEPATURE & CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

We kindly ask you send us a quick message via Wix or email at dunedoo.booking@outlook.com to let us know you have departed.

On departure, please ensure the below:

• Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

• Towels & Linen: kindly place used towels and bed linens in the bathroom upon check-out.

• Rubbish: All rubbish must be removed from the property and disposed of in the designated bins before departure.

• Your room key is placed back into the secure lockbox by your front door.

Please be advised that the residence adjacent to Redbank Gums Accommodation is a private residence and not affiliated with Redbank Gums Accommodation in any way. Guests are strictly prohibited from accessing this private property under any circumstances.
